Kamo Sandrosyan spoke at the IV conference “GrainLogistics 2024: Logistics of Grain and Oilseed Exports”, which took place on April 25-26, 2024, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Novorossiysk.
The conference discussed many pressing issues of agribusiness, but the Logistics session “Export of Niche Crops and Vegetable Oils” attracted special attention, during which the organizers gave the floor to the CEO of #RusAgroTrade
Why is logistics discussed so much? Because the agro-export of leguminous crops, oilseeds and processed products is growing rapidly, but at the same time there are serious obstacles to further increasing shipments. Due to serious logistical restrictions in the South and East, Houthi attacks, sanctions pressure and other problems, container exports are unstable and expensive.
We thank the session moderator Sabina Sodikova (“Agrozan Commodities DMCC”) for interesting questions and revealing all the “painful” issues that a modern trader faces.
